Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of AdLab (the “Service”), operated by Family Excellence Hub from India. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

AdLab analyzes user-uploaded video advertisements and returns an automated report covering hook strength, predicted CTR, audio quality, and Meta policy compliance. Reports are generated by automated systems and are advisory only — they are not a guarantee of ad performance or policy approval by Meta or any other platform.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the rights to analyze.
• Upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
• Resell access to the Service without written permission.

4. Credits and payments

Reports are paid for with credits. The list price is ₹100 per report, with discounted bundles available. Credits are non-transferable. See the Refund Policy for refund eligibility.

5. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the videos you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to generate your report. AdLab, its brand, code, and report format remain our property.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that reports will be error-free or that following them will improve ad performance.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can stop using the Service at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts at the place of our principal business.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page; continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
