Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with AdLab. This policy explains when refunds are available for credits and reports.

Free trial

Your first report on signup is free. Use it to evaluate whether AdLab is right for you before purchasing any credits.

Failed analyses

If a paid report fails to generate due to an error on our side, the credit is automatically restored to your account. If you believe a credit was wrongly consumed, write to us within 7 days and we will refund the credit.

Unused credits

Unused credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days credits remain valid in your account but are non-refundable. Per-report price is ₹100; bundles (5 for ₹400, 10 for ₹750) are refunded pro-rata at the per-report price for any reports already consumed.

How to request a refund

Email connect@familyexcellencehub.com from the email address on your account, including your order reference and a short reason. We respond within 1 business day and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-refundable

• Reports successfully delivered and downloaded or shared.
• Credits purchased more than 7 days ago.
• Charges flagged by our payment partners for fraud or chargeback abuse.
