This Privacy Policy explains what information AdLab collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. AdLab is operated by Family Excellence Hub from India.

• Uploaded videos: processed in your browser to extract frames and audio. We do not retain the original video file.
• Report data: the analysis output generated from your upload is saved against your account so you can return to it.
• Payment data: handled by our payment partners. We store transaction references, never your full card or UPI credentials.
• Usage logs: standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) for security and reliability.

How we use it

• To run the analysis you requested and deliver your report.
• To authenticate you and protect your account.
• To process payments and apply credits to your account.
• To improve the Service and prevent abuse.
• To send transactional emails about reports and payments.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with vetted processors required to run the Service (hosting, email, payments). We disclose data when required by law.

Retention

Account and report data are retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by writing to us — see Contact below.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; use a strong, unique password.

Your choices

You can update your account details from inside the app, unsubscribe from non-essential email, and request export or deletion of your data.

Children

The Service is not intended for users under 18.
